The space exists. It's just in the wrong place.
In Luleå, lots of us own things we only use half the year: studded tyres, skis, snowmobiles and summer furniture. Meanwhile the queue for extra storerooms in apartment buildings is long, student rooms barely fit a suitcase, and storage companies are often on industrial estates out of town.
At the same time, residential areas like Gammelstad, Bergnäset and Sunderbyn are full of garages, basements and outbuildings with room to spare. Spazia connects the two, with BankID, a standard agreement and automatic payments. It should feel as safe as a storage company, but be closer and cheaper.
Spazia is run by a small team in Luleå. We visit every space ourselves before it is listed, and we answer ourselves when you get in touch.
